Abstract

Mucormycosis is a rare but lethal infection among immunocompromised patients. In this report, we discussed two cases of pulmonary mucormycosis, a 48-year-old man with the history of diabetes mellitus and paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria and a 60-year-old woman with the background of diabetes mellitus.
