It is usually asymptomatic. We have presented a 28-year-old man with dyspnea on exertion and palpitation. A mediastinal mass was discovered on CXR. CT findings revealed "non enhancing", "smoothly marginated", and "multilocular" mediastinal mass which had extended to superior mediastinum. Finally, pathological examination of the surgical sample indicated "cavernous lymphangioma".
